THE STORY OF LUCIFER – SATAN/DEVIL (Romans 16:20)

There is a sad story of sin and rebellion which began in heaven with Lucifer, the highest angel in the court of God - See Ezekiel 28:14-15; Isaiah 14:12-14; Ezekiel 28:16-18.

Pride, selfishness and the desire for the highest position in the universe, led to deceit and false accusation until Lucifer and one third of the angels who had joined his evil scheme were cast out of heaven to this planet; See Revelation 12:4, 7 & 9.

And Satan and his angels began his deception and destruction by recruiting his followers (John 8:44), beginning with Eve (1 Timothy 2:13-14), Adam (Romans 5:14), Cain (Genesis 4:8), etc… down through the ages (Romans 3:23), and till the end of the world – when Jesus Christ will come to take his people to heaven (Revelation 16:14 & Romans 5:12).

Thank God all is not darkness, 1 whole minus 1/3rd equals to 2/3rd (Revelation 12:4).The remaining 2/3rd of good angels are still present to guard and guide us (Psalms 34:7; Psalms 91:11 & Romans 8:31).

I – DESTRUCTION (example): Satan’s method of destruction – Regression –> Repression -> Suppression –> Depression –> Oppression –> Obsession -> Possession.

II – DECEPTION (some examples): WHOM HE DECEIVES HE HOLDS CAPTIVE!
DECEPTION 1: False Worship - DECEPTION IN THE FORM OF WORSHIPfrom Reverence to confusion (babbling). If therefore the whole church come together into one place and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? (1 Corinthians 14:23 &14:1-40).

DECEPTION IN THE DAY OF WORSHIP – Changed from Saturday to Sunday (Isaiah 66:23). JESUS SAID - But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. – Matthew 15:9.

DECEPTION 2: False Traditions - Many do not realize festivals in honor of goddess Eostre (Easter) and the Easter egg is a pagan symbol of fertility. Halloweenis honoring the dead. Decorated trees, holly wreaths, were pagan traditions. December 25was celebrated as the birth of Mithras-sun god; there is no record of the date of Jesus’ birth in the Bible (2 Timothy 4:2-4).

DECEPTION 3: False Doctrine - "If you tell a lie enough times, it can start to sound like the truth." - Once saved always saved. Faith only, no works. Methods of baptism. Etc…

DECEPTION 4: False Dreams, Visions and "Miracles" - False religious leaders will perform great signs and miracles (Isaiah 8:20). There are claims of the sighting of Jesus in various places (Mark 13:21). Some claim to be Jesus who has come back again (Mark13:22). Jesus appearing to some when awake and in dreams. Speaking to the dead in mediums (Deuteronomy 18:9-14).

DECEPTION 5: Lust – Satan sends temptation through seductive movies, television shows, internet, magazines, etc… leading individuals to carnal un-natural or forbidden sex (Romans 1:24-32; 1 Corinthians 7:2, 5).

DECEPTION 6: Lying, Pride, Bitterness - One lie leads to many lies and one can live a lie (1 John 2:4). Some like to feel important, be selfish and have egotism (James 4:10). One can get so offended which leads to hurt-bitterness-grudge-hate-revenge etc… (Hebrews 12:14-15).

DECEPTION 7: Allurements – The development and promotion of most music, ocultic movies, satanic video games, etc….

The End result of all the people who have been deceived by Satan who do not seek for grace and forgiveness from God will burn in the Lake of Fire with Satan. Please See Revelation 20:10-15.
