Be Ye Ready

When we talk of "The Story of Noah's Flood", we are talking about "reality", not about "science fiction", or "fantasy". The Flood that killed all flesh of Noah's Day was the greatest disaster in the history of the world. In fact, only eight of God’s faithful people in the entire world lived through this worldwide flood caused by God as His punishment for rebellion or disobedienceSee Genesis 6:17 and some evidences -

The length of the ruins of the ark found on Mount Ararat in Turkey is 515 ft., which is exactly 300 Egyptian cubits! (Gen 6:15). The Turkish govt. has double-verified Mr. Wyatt's tests, and they have given credit to the discovery of Noah’s Ark. The announcement appeared in Turkey's largest newspaper on June 21, 1987.  The area was first designated a National Park, and then it was upgraded to the status of a National Treasure.  Please see -

God promised Noah that He would never again send a global flood to destroy all flesh. He gave him and the future generations to come the covenant of “RAINBOW” that we can still see even today. See Genesis 9:12-13.

1. They completely denounced Noah’s preaching of the coming judgment. - Genesis 6:7.
2. There was widespread moral perversion and breakdown of the family. – Genesis 6:5.
3. A sharp rise in satanic activity and growing interest in the occult. – Genesis 6:11-12.
4. They were misguided by the leaders they thought they could trust. – Genesis 6:4.
5. They rejected God’s authority in the name of “freedom.” – Genesis 6:13.
6. They did not believe that the earth could be completely destroyed by water. – Gen. 6:17.
7. They believed that they knew and understood it all. – Genesis 6:6.

It was an age of enlightenment. It was an age of great progress. It was an age of music, fine arts and literature. It was an age of military might. It was an age when mighty men roamed the earth. They knew so much but understood so little. They knew more and more about less and less until they knew everything about nothing and nothing about what really mattered. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. They had no time for God until it was too late. They all drowned.

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ  be. Please see Mathew 24:37-39

Remember that God's punishment in Genesis 3, Genesis 6 and all throughout history is that God withdraws His hand that holds all things in order when people persistently disobey His Commandments. Yet God's sovereign mercy and grace always makes a way to fulfill His plan and its promise for all people that keep the commandments of God and the faith of JESUS! Please see Romans 8:28-29, Revelation 14:12.
